Located in the heart of Saumur, 10 minutes from the château, our restaurant welcomes you in an elegant, gentle, and friendly atmosphere, both indoors and out on the terrace. As soon as the weather is nice, we are delighted to welcome you to our immense covered terrace, lined with olive trees and agapanthus, which are the beauty of the place and the signature feature of Le Cristal.

Our gourmet cuisine will delight the palates of epicureans and gourmands, from the youngest to the less young! A warm setting, attentive service, and quality cuisine—everything you need to share a pleasant moment with family or friends, paired with a wonderful wine list from the Loire Valley and other faraway lands, all of which will perfectly complement your meal. The restaurant is accessible to people with reduced mobility, has Wi-Fi, and is open year-round (Monday to Saturday, 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (9:30 p.m. on Saturdays).
